There are many ways you can volunteer to help
Whether it's chasing after a ball or just for a nice walk, the dogs sure love to be outside!
Washing blankets and towels, so the little darlings are comfortable and clean.
Also mopping and sweeping out the kennels
Taking dogs and/or cats to and from the vet, bringing them to our facility from Animal Control, meeting the spay/neuter transport, or just taking a dog for a field trip.
If you know your way around tools, there's always something to be fixed, patched up, or to be built.
Here are some suggestions, to give you an idea of the different possibilities.

Cage Cleaner/Caretaker at PetSense (At 229 W General Screven Way, Hinesville)
Volunteers go to PetSense twice a day to make sure the kitties have clean cages, food, water and to give them a little attention. Morning volunteers usually arrive between 9-11AM and evening volunteers between 7-8PM. Sunday PM shift around 4:30-5PM. We can be slightly flexible on the times. Even if you can't commit to a regular shift every week, please consider being a trained back-up who can fill in when needed.
